Criteria required

  • Full GMC or NMC Registration
  • Identification Proof (Passport Only or EU ID card)

  • DBS – (Enhanced will be carried out by HLR LTD, please have five years address history and any DBS done within last 12 months)

  • Mandatory training
  • Basic Life Support (Depending on grade and speciality)

Mandatory training certificate which includes the following:

  • Infection Control

How often do I need to submit my timesheets?

You should submit your time sheets to Bini Staffing Ltd on a weekly basis. Monday 8:30am is the cut-off for payments to clear for the following Friday.

Late timesheet submissions may incur additional administration costs.

When will I be paid?

Friday is payday and funds should clear your bank account by Friday. Please ensure accurately completed time sheets are sent to or 07438986270 before 8.30am Monday to be paid the following Friday.

How do I get paid?

You will be paid directly into a bank or building society account by BACS transfer. It is important that you complete the BACS form provided to you at interview, which confirms your bank details.

Who do I contact if my pay is incorrect?

You need to contact payroll on 07438986270 within four weeks of payment.

How do I know what my rate of pay is going to be?

At interview you will be provided with a ‘Rates of Pay’ document detailing all rates that apply to you. Rates are dependent on your geographical location, qualification or grade, the type of client where you are working and the time of your shift. If you are in any doubt as to the appropriate rate of pay, you should clarify this with BINI STAFFING Ltd before accepting the assignment.

Will I get paid if my timesheet is completed incorrectly?

No. Any time sheet that is not completed correctly will be returned to you or held in query. Payment will only be made when the timesheet is returned with the full and correct information.

How much notice do I have to give to take a holiday?

You must give your Manager at least two week’s notice of your planned holiday.

How do I ensure my timesheets are completed correctly?

You need to ensure that the following information is included on timesheets:

  • Your full name
  • Your grade ie RN/HCA
  • The name and address of the client or service-user
  • Date of each day worked
  • Start and finish time for each shift
  • Break time taken
  • The total hours worked for each day
  • Any booking reference (if applicable)
  • Your signature
  • The signature of the client and/or service –user and printed in CAPS.
